This week begins with the Moon passing through the last degrees of Sag, surfing the wake of planetary swells from the weekend. Don’t lose your balance on this one. Follow through with all that you have already put in motion. As the moOn moves through the last degrees of Sag (27-29 degrees) it also passes over the Galactic Center of the Milky Way. The Cosmic Yoni, the Dark rift, the Center of it All. Every month, when the Moon passes through these degrees, we are opened up and available for more satiable downloads about ourselves, our lives, and what in us needs to die. It’s a profound area of the sky. Use this day wisely and attempt to open aspects of your Inner Universe you have never traveled to before. Your breath is the key!
Tuesday: Moon in Capricorn
April 2nd
Today is a serious journey. One that starts with a deceptively gentle beginning as we sip our morning tea (moON sextile Neptune). In the middle of the day, this energy shifts when our laid back saunter vibe is electrocuted by a sudden blast of lightening from Uranus (squaring the Moon) which can bring anything into the ring. This is how Uranus functions: Unpredictably. Depending on how you handle the shock of your afternoon surprise, you may swiftly bring yourself back together only to be greeted by the moon’s pass over Pluto, darkening the optimism you may carry in your hearts chamber. You aren’t doomed, but you need to look deep into the shadow. Once truth is found in the confines of your deepest darkest parts, the half moOn will rise over the horizon, ushering in the last quarter of this Piscean lunation. Phefff……it’s been a trip.

Thursday: Moon in Aquarius

Whenever the moOn is in its waning days, there can be a feeling of sluggish release. An introverted time, where the mind is pointed in instead of out. The desire to create art or just to meditate may come on strong. This feeling is present today, but may get a awesome jolt as the moON dances perfection with its ruler Uranus (via sextile aspect). However, there always needs to be a party pooper in life (“ that guy..”)–Saturn. Later in the day, the moOn squares off with Saturn, creating friction around what we want to do and what we don’t. it’s always a good idea to do a little of what we don’t want to do. ALways a wise move. This Aquarian day will hopefully end by putting a smile on your face and a butterfly or two in your blooming belly as Luna harmonizes with Jupiter–the King of the Gods; the one who creates wonder in this thing called Life. This is good. This is love. You are Love.
Friday: Moon in Aquarius

As the moOn wanes further towards her next New moon (which is Monday) she makes nice with Sun/Mars/Venus (all in Aries), asking questions about what it means to live in the game. In this burst of Arian energy, our Inner God and Goddess (Mars/Venus) are on fire–and hopefully inspired to bring in a renewed strength into our lives. The way it has been showing up in me and many around me is taking in our practices to the next level. Hiking more, sweating more,, running more, and–also–within these cleansing flames, eating foods that are supporting us more in the release and rebuilding of your physical forms. This is what the moOn reflects to us today. Get off the wagon and into the trees.
Saturday: Moon in Pisces

Staring at the ceiling, we wonder in day dreams on this lazy Saturday: “What is my dream?” “What is it I really want from my life?” As the moOn slow paddles past Neptune, the Lord of the Seas, a wet and misty message moseys on down, making us feel like staying in bed all day. In this mystic wandering haze of the waning moOn’s motion, we are suddenly awakened to a conjunction between Venus and Mars(both in Aries), creating an erotic interstellar burst inside our hearts, making room for the next level of our sexual evolution to unfold. Today could be a day of great reconciliation with a Beloved. Or not.

Mercury is retrograde!!!??? Hhahaa…I kid. But, the moON does visit Mercury today in Pisces, bringing out a mirroring moment to sit deep in reflection of all that has happened to you in the past month. I highly recommend taking this Sunday off. Spend time by some water, spend some time alone, look to where Mercury traveled on its retrograde journey, and learn something new about yourself. I can guarantee you are worlds apart from where you were in late February. Epiphanies wait for their discovery on this day of rest.

Weekly Astrology Report: Ascending

Monday: Moon in Gemini
21st
This week starts with a swiftly burning fuse, spiraling up and around our cervical vertebrae, heading for the space where thoughts are formed. With the Moon now in Gemini, the first thing she does is square Neptune. It is the feeling of reading too much, seeking out answers in words, and dropping in empty handed on the other side, shrugging your shoulders. Instead of shooting through the vata tunnel of your curious mind, find a turtle to ride, and take in the scenery around you. The answers are everywhere. The Gemini moOn will also trine (harmonize) with its ruler Mercury and the Sun in Aquarius, launching perfect curve balls of linguistic skills in to the minds of those around you. Today is a day for tea….with friends. Lots of tea.

Monday: Moon in Scorpio
7th
…With a sense of in fresh territory laced with rebellious novel ideas, Mars–the Hero within–moves independently of his old ways. All the while, the black rider moves in the shadows, stalking his every move. This black rider is Saturn and he is not going to allow our Hero to just get away that easy. There are debts to pay. Patterns to change. Muscles to rebuild. Today, with Mars in Aquarius squaring Saturn in Scorpio, scantily lite by a dying Scorpio moOn, the feeling is one of haunting desire, latent frustration, and volcanic anger which disagrees. To not be scared by our anger or the ashes of the past, we must create a new vessel for us to travel in. To imagine what life would be like if we were stronger, sexier, more magical than ever before. Take all of your inspiration and attraction you feel towards others and put it into action for yourself!

Exploring Astrology: Coniunctio (Libra New Moon)
There are many words to express the fusion of opposites: syzygy, mating, confluence, conjunction wedding, etc…..but “Coniunctio,’ is the Latin alchemical word of choice for this show (even though I can hardly pronounce it!). A Libra New moON is upon us. We are being asked to marinate within these ideas of harmony, balance, and paradox. Within and without, we are being asked to be one with our surroundings. Into the Dragon Hole “Week of the 21st-27th”

…don’t look back. Even though your knees are shaking and your mind is reeling back to the patterns you intend to let go of, look ahead. Today is a new day. A brand new day. Create it with better thoughts. Your thoughts create your reality. Believe this and it will set you free…
Monday:
Today is the first day in the Eclipse window. With our heads still spinning like tops from the perceptual mutation of the Gemini Eclipse on Sunday, there is a fresh idea in us whose shell has already cracked. Early in the day the Moon will pass the Dragon’s tail (Ketu/South node) and get a stronger scent of what this Eclipse has brewing for us. Then, throughout the day, the Moon will meet two contenders: Mars and Chiron, who she will make squares too. Ideas are great, so are visions, but we are creatures of habit, and its not easy to change. Mars will lend us the fire for purging in the form of frustration–perhaps anger; Chiron “the Great Centaur Master” will give us the skills and know–how, but not without a trail and a tribulation. If we make it through this subtle gauntlet, we will be greatly rewarded at the end of the day–round’ Midnight– when Mercury visits Jupiter in Taurus, giving us the insight into the full picture and how our bodies are just slaves to our minds.
Tuesday:
Nobody ever said you had to do it alone. Asking for help–from people or from the “gods”–is a theme of today. An often overlooked asteroid named Hygiea will square the Sun today from Pisces. Her symbol is the caduceus (the two snakes coiling around a staff), which represents healing. In my constant watch of this asteroid in peoples charts–esp. with transits like these–she is more about the potential, than the spontaneous healing we all lazily desire. With this in the backdrop, the Moon will pay a visit to the Goddess Venus, who is just getting comfortable in her meditation (Retrograde motion). This will give the feeling of an overflowing heart and a desire to connect deeply with another. This is perhaps where the true healing will take place: By setting our pride to the side and allowing another Soul inside. Saturn’s trine to the Moon brings a serious, sober, even ritualistic flavor to the flow of the days passage. An image of candles, oils, soft and safe touch, with a fresh control of your sexual energy is what comes to my minds eye. Or not….It can also be done alone. Just you, yourself, and tryptamines.
Wednesday:
You ever have the feeling like you are tripping, yet you have taken nothing, nor was there any potential of someone sneakily dosing you? If so, you can blame Neptune for this “feeling.” The Moon leaves the heady space of Gemini today and enters the calm and protected waters of Cancer, bringing it all back “home.” She also makes aspects to all of the Outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto). Her trine to Neptune will give the faery tale visions, her square to Uranus will strike a sudden twist to its plot, and her opposition to Pluto towards the end of the day will leave us in a strange land, feeling shaky and strange, with a resevior of pent up and confused sexual energies. “I swear, I saw it, I felt it, it was real! Why can’t it all go as planned? Why can’t things ever be in my favor?” It doesn’t help that the Sun will also be squaring Neptune in Pisces today. When dreams become realities, ego’s are shattered. Prepare yourself. Dream well and be ready for anything. There are greater forces at work on this day than your own Will.
Thursday:
It’s my birthday!!! My Solar return (actually…technically that was on Tuesday, but still). Without bias, I find this day of particular interest. First of all, Mercury moves into Gemini, visiting the exact place in the sky where the Eclipse happened on Sunday (00 degrees Gemini). Being that Mercury rules the Eclipse (Gemini) and how he relates to observation, correlation, intelligence, perception, and ideas, I feel that there is some “ah HAH” moment that may occur on this mercurial day. Lightening in a bottle if you will (~*~). An understanding and an ability to communicate more clearly what you experienced and are experiencing in this Dragon hole/Eclipse window. The Moon also makes many aspects to female Archetypes: ie. Juno “Soul Contracts; Ceres “Goddess of the Earth and our Bodies”; and Lilith “the misunderstand Sacred Feminine:” Being that we are in a time which strongly relates to the rebirth of the Sacred Feminine (see: Venus Rx) I find it fascinating that the sweet and vulnerable Moon in Cancer will be making these aspects today, all the while harmonizing with Chiron in Pisces via a trine, laying a tool in front of our eyes to better help us cry. Give an offering to the Earth today and to a Goddess you love the most!
Friday:
As the Moon waxes into her crescent phase, she will also move into Leo and “rock that baby like a wagon wheel.” Shortly after moving into Leo she will sync up with Mercury (sextile) and Juno (trine), intuiting a progressive and playful feel to our hearts and connections with other beings. There is another visiter to the Dragon’s tail (Southnode/Ketu) today–the Sun. Shining brilliant Gemini light on the dank and misunderstood patterns of our past, the Sun–our life, our Spirit–gives us yet more awareness of what this evolutionary juncture in space/time is all about for us. Whatever we are attempting to let go of may rear its fangs today in the Sun’s brilliant light and fear not, this is the point. See your demon’s, watch them scream, name them, then feed them some light.
Saturday:
Maybe it’s a little late (since I’ve mentioned them enough already) but the Nodes of the Moon relate to the evolution of Consciousness. The South node–or Ketu–relates to past lives and an overly developed part of our psyche; the North Node–or Rahu–relates to Destiny’s gate and an under developed part of our psyche. These Nodes cause Eclipses. Forever seeking revenge on the Sun and Moon for cutting it in half (google Rahuketu myth). Again, the Eclipse on Sunday was a South node Eclipse (see: the Eclipse) which relates to a potent time in our evolution for an essential release. Many aspects in the sky today activate these Nodes. Mercury, will be our 3rd visitor to the South node this week, and will pick up all the broken pieces and residues the Sun and Moon may have missed. “You wanna talk about it?” The Moon, still in Leo, activates both the South and North Node (sextile and trine) bringing an embodiment to what came through the Pleiadean portal (the Eclipse happened on Alcyone, the central stars of the Pleiades) nearly a week ago. Today, experiment with your new self. Take a chance. Nobody is watching.
Sunday:
You ever think about how hard it must have been for the Buddha, on his final night under the Bodhi tree, to resist Mara in all of her temptations. I mean really….it’s hard enough to say no to coffee, tea, chocolate, beer and cigarettes. Imagine that multiplied by a bah-gillion. Throw in the sexiest energies in the universe and you are perhaps in the same ball park as where the Buddha was on his night of Enlightenment. Today, try to be like a Buddha because the temptations are gonna be big. It’s been a week since the Eclipse. These are testing grounds for our intentions we threw into the portal. Remember how lovely Thursday was (my Birthday…)? Well, all of those lunar contacts to the Goddesses–including Jupiter–are now being challenged (via square). Luckily, the Sun and Mercury are on our sides. Sun relates to the light of Consciousness and Mercury to Bhudi, our inherent Intelligence; fuse them together and you have the essential ingredients for a lil’ Buddha. Remember this, because you are now at the midway point between Eclipses. The next one–a Lunar Eclipse–will happen on the 4th of June. May you be rewarded for your austere efforts.
