Monday: Moon in Scorpio
10th
It’s that time of month again. When the moON wanes into its balsamic phase and begins to disappear from the night sky. This “dying” moOn is in Scorpio, moving carefully towards Time Lord Saturn. With lack of luminous light to guide our way, it may feel like a cold shower today–or a late night swim in cold waters deep. Within the midst of these sobering emotions, Mercury also moves into Sagittarius today, triggering jovial conversations and potentials for lighthearted laughter. There is a steady drum beat to the pace of the day;–a serious rhythm (Mars sextile Moon)–let it assist in creating your movement throughout the day. Don’t try to move beyond the iron bounds of the lead studded foot of Saturn. You will miss the point.

Exploring Astrology: Atunement

This is by far my longest show (just so you know before entering) I have ever done, but in the eyes of Saturn, my most comprehensive. I’m glad i could make Saturn smile in the making of it.

Currently, we are navigating an Eclipse window. Sandwiched between two Eclipses–one Solar (May 20th), the other Lunar (June 4th)–we can sense the speed of the novelty train increasing it’s speed towards some sort of event horizon. It seems many have picked up strange illnesses within this Dragon hole. Mostly chest colds it seems–which is appropriate being that Gemini (last Eclipse) rules over the lungs. In our speedy world, it’s tough to do some things right. For example, in Tibetan Buddhism, they talk about the auspiciousness of meditation and retreat in these Eclipse window’s. How hard is that to create in our booked up calendrical day to day lives. And with Venus still retrograde, she is only exacerbating the karmic feelings of something massive coming at us just over the hill. She will transit the Sun just a day after this Eclipse we are about to explore. Together, they sing, “It’s a good time, a good time for evolving!”

This is a partial Eclipse of the Moon, occurring at 14 Sagittarius. The Eclipse will be visible from the Pacific Ocean, including Hawaii, New Zealand, and central and eastern Australia. Other areas of visibility will include Japan, eastern Asia, and Antarctica–those on the Western coast of the US will be able to view some of the eclipse, however, the Moon will set before it is complete.

Sagittarius is all about the attainment of wisdom. How do we obtain this wisdom? Well, traveling is one way. Asking the “big questions” is another. Studying philosophy or religion can be another apt vehicle. And then there are the medicines. Ayahuasca, peyote, iboga, mushrooms, DMT. They can bring you there too. And in such a way that many would argue is needed at our current tipping point on planet Earth. They have a way of showing us exactly what we need to see and also feeling exactly what we need to feel, right when we need it most. Having been influenced greatly by these Earth medicines, I would have to agree. There is nothing that can show you your Divinity faster than a DMT flash. But it cannot be just that. There has to be integration. Practices like yoga, qi gong and meditation help in this integration. Being that this Lunar Eclipse is in Sagittarius, I feel like there is a crystallizing vision awaiting us, perhaps relating to what we experienced on the Solar Eclipse. Follow your heart, stumble through the dark, and say “Yes” to whatever comes your way.

Accept what is. Move forward. Eclipses are heightened times. Karmic times. Because they relate to the Nodes of the Moon, they relate to our evolution. And trust me, the God’s always want to see us evolve. It may not look like it in this moment, but trust it, you are soon to be walking softer on the golden road paved by dragon tears. Monday:
28th
Hello Monday! Welcome back home. You know all those supplements hidden away in your medicine cabinet, all of the enlightened food ideas you have, the friends you have who do life changing healing work? Remember all of these things today. Put the pieces back together. The Moon moves into Virgo today, creating the 1st quarter square, lending a sensitive awareness of how our bodies are linked to our minds and how our Eclipse intention shall be tested. Take care. No need to feel confused or overwhelmed. So what, you feel fragmented and disoriented–this is the Moon’s opposition to Neptune and Chiron. Its a perfect gestalt to be in for superb healing to happen. Get on the table, open your ears and mind, let the someone assist in piecing you back together.
Tuesday:

It’s funny that the moment we feel better about things, we tend to re-engage our harmful patterns. We splurge. The moon trines both Jupiter and Lilith today. Be careful of over indulgence. The healing that took place on Monday was key to this Eclipse window. Don’t blow it. The Moon also makes a conjunction to Mars. It’s fast, it’s heated, and it’s full of power. Make sure it directed in the right direction. Perhaps your sadhana and not the bar. Lastly, la Luna also squares Venus today, bringing up some relational drama. Understand this: Your obsession with love is only an unhealthy externalization of your possible obsession with yourself.
Wednesday:

To make the unconscious conscious is half the battle. We keep secrets. It’s natural. But it’s also unhealthy to consciously keep them from others. Today is a day of revealing. Of shifting through the shadow realms of our being and bringing some inner “gollums’ to light. With the Moon moving into LIbra, these issues could relate to creating a more balanced dynamic with “other.” Listening more, instead of talking so much. This Libra Moon also squares Pluto and opposes Uranus, thus activating the “2012 transit.” What are you most afraid of and how does this relate to a breakthrough you are waiting to happen in your life. Face it–death that is–and experience riding the Uranian lightning into new worlds of perception. See yourself clearly without opinion.

If there is one Archetype who has the ability of making things manifest in the material world , it is Saturn. The Moon visits Saturn today in late Libra for a serious discussion of matters of the heart. Saturn: “Hello Moon!” Moon: “…..uh….hi;” Saturn: “How are you feeling today Moon?” Moon: “a tad internal. shy. unsure. scared;” Saturn: “mMmmm, here take this Moon.” Moon: “Ahhh, thanks Saturn, I’ve always wanted a ‘telepath.” The Moon is also trining Venus and Mercury today. The idea of telepathy or empathy is strong on this Thursday. Tap into it. Your thoughts and feelings are probably correct. Don’t doubt yourself. It is Saturn’s gift.
Friday:

Don’t you love the experience of time disappearing? When you are writing a song and all sudden a chunk of the day has passed you by. Or when you are sipping tea with a close friend and the same occurs. I feel the phenomena of time disappearance is a strong indicator of your Truth–both with your creative process and with those you get to experience it with. If you know how to go about making this happen, great, you are a step ahead of the game. Do it. If you don’t, make an intention to find it this Friday. With the MoOn now in Scorpio trining Neptune and Chiron in Pisces, we have the assistance of some psychedelic allies to make this experience manifest. Pretty Venus and heady Mercury also do a waltz today (conjunct). The gods are on your side. Make time disappear!
Saturday:
2nd
You ever get in an argument with someone about whether the MoOn is Full or not? “Look, a Full moOn…” “No its not, the Full mOon isn’t until Monday….dumbass.” It’s the idea of the waxing Gibbous. Or as Steven Forrest likes to call it, “the Lover’s Moon.” I love this name for it. We are now under the Lover’s Moon. It is nearly Full and when it does become full on Monday, it will be another Eclipse. This time a Lunar Eclipse in Sag/Gemini. With this Scorpio Moon sextile Mars (its traditional ruler), we will finally have the courage to say what we need to say. Or better yet, to ask him/her out on that date we have been dreaming about for ages.
Sunday:
3rd
As the Moon grows, so do our emotional bodies. The water level rises, bringing up all the stuff which has been submerged in the subconscious, conveniently stored away, out of sight. The Moon moves into adventurous Sagittarius today, passing Juno on the way. Soul contracts! Whether they are new or old, the paper work will be on the table. There is feeling of overwhelming confusion in the air today. Should I stay or should I go? Should I actually call him/her? (the one you had the courage to meet yesterday). What to do? Heres my advice: If you have to think about it too much, it ain’t right. Save your energy. Utilize the Sag in a more useful way. Go hike in the open spaces. It’s another Eclipse tomorrow. Go into nature and think about how this Lunation has been for you since the Solar Eclipse on May 20th!
….and its not about defeating dragon’s, it’s about taming them, then riding. Nothing more exhilarating than riding your Dragon’s. Don’t be scared……just….don’t be scared. The portal is opening once again, dive through it with your Dragon on board….
